  • ITBM Workshops

    IntegRhythm conducts workshops to demonstrate ServiceNow ITBM capabilities including the usage of the Project and Portfolio Suite with Financials to determine overall cost requirements, establishing resource requirements and tracking costs for demands and projects, tracking actual amounts spent compared to an approved budget, reviewing and analyzing submitted ideas before promoting to demands, creating and managing demands, creating resource plans, tracking capital and operational expenses, and creating reports and dashboards.

  • ServiceNow ITBM Configuration

    Following the ITBM workshops, we start ServiceNow configuration by enabling the Project Portfolio Suite in ServiceNow as well as disabling any unused components. We validate role-base access seperation of Project Portfolio Suite and IT and associating users, groups and roles. We then build framework for Project Portfolio Suite Forms, create a separate knowledge base for Project Portfolio Suite including search and authoring, and configure forms and dashboards based on client requirements identified during initial workshops.

    We leverage ServiceNow Project Portfolio Suite Portal to build a client-branded portal.
